Spotted this in a RadioControl-equipment brochure, raving about size/weight performance (listed there only as 7.4 volt & 11.1 volt, nominal cell voltage 3.7 according to site below (same as Li-Ion AFAIK), hence most likely only an alternative as (external-)pack replacements, flash or camera....but interesting nonetheless):
