I refuse to use Sigma, for a number of reasons, one of which is their construction is no where as good as Canon, and neither is the glass and coatings on the glass.
While I appreciate your _opinion_, it's also worth noting that there are those who are of the opinion that among third-party lens options (Sigma, Tamron, Tokina, Vivitar, Phoenix, etc) Sigma excels.
