No way!. The primary reason to use a faster card is to reduce the time it takes to empty the camera's frame buffer. I'd bet hardly anyone is that worried about shaving a couple of minutes off the transfer time.

CF card can make a big difference on how your camera behaves.
Have seen how Transcend's 45X CF halved the time between shots compared to regular CF.
Both are 256MB. So when I'll be investing in new one it'll be a fast card!
