I bought some disks and memory from http://www.dsp-memory.de/v1/catalog 
and I didn't pay anything to transfer money from my bank to theirs 
because with an IBAN number the cost is zero bellow 12500 Euro.  The 
prices are cheap and the shipping was only 10 Euro.
One can write in English.  One must order by E-mail.  They ship in a 
few days after the money is transfered.
