Oh btw, on *some* devices, this rubber strip does get inserted in a 
multi-row connector, both either or both ends....but it's still 
flimsy....8-))
(on other devices, it's even a rubber strip that can fall out once 
you lift the screen....perpendicular between board and screen, bare 
contacts on both sides (some don't even allow you to insert the 
rubber strip upside-down or mirrored, so be sure to take good note  
in which position it got out....:))
