Reverse DNS lookup confirmed the domain name.
siol.net is an ISP in Slovenia. You could do a whois and send a mail to the abuse email address. Siol could then trace down the user behind that. If you choose to do that make sure to include all the headers in your mail.
Experience tells that there is a high likelyhood nobody will evere reply to your mail.
