Bob, I sold a 1V with PB-E1 (http://tinyurl.com/68f3s) recently on the bay and also a PB-E2 (http://tinyurl.com/5ld4h) and EOS 3 http://tinyurl.com/54wh2). I had no box for the 1v. Hope these help a bit.
