The Schwarz-Schildt effekt will eat about half of that with some
films (like the law of diminishing returns).
Large distance city scenery is almost impossible to measure, lights
from moving traffic are even harder to estimate.
As such the same with firework, but sadly one need to bracket those
even more through aperture than through time....and that you can't
do/control with an auxiliary remote.
