>From the catalog of IsarFoto (German shop) I learned that both AA and 
AAA are made by Energizer, and that at least the AA-format is *only* 
made by Energizer (hence an even lesser chance that AAA is made by 
anyone else).
No wonder these darn things are so expensive....no competition 
whatsoever....8-))
