Mamiya ZD does all that, even available as both uni-body &
modular/separate-back....;))
36x48mm sensor, with 645 lens-system (so still 1.3x crop, but I guess
Mamiya won't rest before they have a full-frame sensor for that
system too).
And neither much larger nor much more expensive than 1Ds....:))
