Wonder if they would be willing to sell the connector separately, 
both male & female version, for further systematic expansion.
Should be cheaper than the high-tech professional stuff I once looked 
into, category miniature connectors (lovely stuff though, you can 
even get waterproof versions....:))

Darn, should have asked that on the Kina, might be the company I 
talked to.
Does the same company also make (batterypack+timer)-grips for several 
EOS bodies?
