Hi William,

A circular fisheye has an image circle of 24mm. A 1.6 sensor is about 
22x15mm, so you're covered on the horizontal/vertical, but the diagonal
is about 27mm, leaving you 3 mm short there. 

In other words: almost full frame, but with black corners.
