The 350D also has the improved noise reduction that buys you one, maybe two
ISO stops over the 10D/300D. This was posted on the 10D group and is a great
example of the improved noise. ISO 1600 on the 10D would not be close to
this:

On the downside, I've read that the 350D grip isn't big enough to really
wrap your fingers around.
