A good rule of modern consumer products: Never take it apart.

XM radios are the best example of this.  From what I have heard, the
processor chip burns itself when the case is opened.  An EOS camera
probably isn't made to self-destruct, but it is a sensitive peice of
electronics that needs to be very clean inside.
