Yes, that's decent, but not the first 28mm in this range/size, and 
most importantly: 28mm is only 'marginal' wide-angle; the real 
challenge/effect of foreground/falling-lines/etc starts at 24mm
(while 20mm can be too wide, in terms of subject magnification/detail 
(even more if it is a fixed focal-length)....but in contrast to 
analog film, this magnfication 'limit' is just a matter of 
time/technology, when pixel-density starts exceeding analog film 
resolution)

The real market niche is 24mm and wider; 28mm is not enough to make 
me run to any supplier....

You can detect when a market niche is filled, when second hand 
equipment maintains a significantly high price, higher than all those 
run-of-the-mill quadruple-zooms....;))
(and that's the sad thing too, no supply of such exotics on the used 
market either, for many years to come (for those like me who refuse 
to pay/buy new....;)).
