I'm looking for the best bang for the buck flash bracket to use with my 20D (no battery pack) and 380EX with OCS2. I have no plans to buy the battery pack, and only possibly a 550/580EX in the distant future.
Back to the original question. I'm very happy with my Pro-T. The only real negative is that it takes up a lot of space when not in use. I think Stroboframe has a new bracket that is similar in design, but folds into a smaller bundle when not in use. My preference for handheld use is for a bracket that flips the flash, rather than the camera.
Bob Meyer I don't suffer from insanity... I enjoy every minute of it.

I'll second the motion on the Pro-T. Heather and I both use them with Quantum T4d flash heads, and they work great. The only issue I have with it is that it partially blocks the controls on the grip on my 20D, but they're still accessible. But, unlike some of the other Stroboframes, it is oriented in the right direction, the others have you holding the camera upside down in relation to the grip controls.
It does keep the flash dead over the lens.
