I am trying to figure out whether to go ahead and start piling up the "stuff" which I try to avoid<< Nobody else has mentioned it: I'd take a real good look at the 100mm f2, to me the quality of that lens is a lot like the Nikon 105mm f2.5, it has gorgeous bokeh and is sharp enough to shave with in the "in focus" DOF range. Its perspective is also very flat-tering. (flat-tens big noses! :-) Life is what happens to you... While you're busy making other plans!
