Not being a very technical person where computer knowledge is required, could someone please give me a (very basic) rundown on the best way to prepare a CF card once it's had the images copied across to the main computer via a card reader?
With the card back in the camera, which is better? To re-format the card, or just to erase all images? I've been using the latter and not had any problems, should I just carry on? 1Dm2 + Lexar 2Gb 80x Incidentally, I never had any problems with the Lexar 80x glitch (my card serial number falls outside those affected) and the camera firmware is the latest.
