No, if he wants to be fair in first-come/first-served, he can only
base the timing on what reaches his private inbox, not what gets
through the list.
All this apart from the argument that one shouldn't react on for-sale
offers publicly through the list in the first place....:))
(especially not if one makes a lower counter-offer....;))
