I beleive the Tamron SP and Kenko Pro are identical in optical formulation.
I've never used the Tamron or Kenko 2x (but I've owned both Canons and the
Kenko 1.4x). If you are using a prime lens under ideal conditions (MLU,
tripod, release, daylight), then you might be ok with the results, but I
sold my Canon 2x because my telephotos are zooms (70-200IS and 100-400IS)
and the results were less than spectacular.
