Extreme III and Ultra II cards are of the same generation, just
numbered differently to keep us confused. The difference is that the
Extreme cards are certified for a wider range of environmental
conditions and may(?) have a better service warranty.
Given the normal schedule of things, there's
probably a replacement for this series in the wings.
