(This is my fourth and last attempt to reply to Mr. Mathew, my three
former replies having apparently got lost, may be due to the numerous and
tricky "special" requirements of this list:)
I scanned many repair and maintenance shops, most of them in the
USA, and finally got an excellent experience with Bob Watkins (
http://www.precisioncameraworks.com/Pages/about.html), whom I recommend,
but it is in Illinois, not in Washington or Maryland.
I should probably mention that I live almost as far from the USA as
you do, but post mail is an old and valuable invention.
