A flip-book would show each of the images rapidly in sequence, like a movie.
For rapid-fire pictures, you'd probably want it to show the pictures at the
intervals recorded in the timestamps.  For time-lapse pictures you'd want to
tell it how fast to view them.

(No, I don't have any suggestions, other than for *nix :)
