Folks, I'm being asked to take pictures of kids performing at a figure skating recital. The kids are for the most part 5-8 years old. I would really prefer to have the parent's permission -- or at least have a way to make them aware of who I am so I don't get put in the same boat as child molesters and other perverts.
My question is then: How do you word a consent form or model release? How does it work in the pro world?
