That's not a valid conclusion. You don't know for a fact they arein a rush and don't care. > I'm sorry you feel > insulted. I'm sure I'm not the only one! If you're sorry, then please make your discussion have some content beyond you're right and everyone else isn't. > I noticed > you did not top post so I don't know why you feel that way. Maybe > you just made > a special post this one time. Well, if you read what I wrote ;-) then you would know I both top-post and "intra-post", depending on the situation. I NEVER bottom-post any more. > Your ice cream comparison has no place here. We're not talking > about a simple > choice of personal taste here. Sure we are. There are functional "arguments" for both, and IMO, the bottom-posting arguments are arcane. > Again, I'm sorry if you feel > insulted by any of > this. Apology accepted. But please, in a discussion, I believe you have to listen to others opinions, and not belittle them or simply insist you're right, no matter if you disagree with them or not. > Your post was spot on with what I've been saying is a good > way to post. But I don't bottom-post! BTW, I get chastised on some lists for my style of "intra-posting". Some people don't like it. But, IMO, it's better than either top or bottom posting (depending on the situation again), because it clearly shows the point you are replying to, and it forces you to clip stuff you are not replying to.
