OK, now I downloaded your pictures and had a look at them. Turns out the exposures aren't actually different, but the colour balance is. If you check equivalent spots on the two pictures, you'll find that the values are almost identical.

You'll be able to check this out more accurately if you lock down the colour balance.

For your other tests you should also manually set a WB, otherwise exposure differences easily get masked by varying perceptual differences based on colour preferences.
