What you're seeing in mail delays is really the best reason I've heard for
bottom-posting, because when it happens, you can still read some of the
thread from top to bottom instead of the other way round.

And before the chorus starts, let's agree to agree that we all have our
personal preferences and that no amount of impassioned discussion is likely
to change anyone's mind :)
