Once again, my favorite lens shows off in the hands of someone who really knows 
what he's doing.
these are wonderful photos, David. Congratulations. if these are a sample of 
the "candids" at the
wedding, I'm sure the rest are equal or better. I've done four weddings with 
this lens, with equal
success. And they ARE stressful, especially with friends (as all four of these 
were). One was
outdoors in Mendocino with fog.... which turned into a real challenge, since 
the light was so
flat, and that was the day my 550 decided to go squirrely on me, so I most of 
the shoot sans
flash. Good thing I know how to use Photoshop!! Again, congratulations of a job 
well done :-)
