I am guessing this is a 180-degree-diagonale fisheye.

Nikon has a crop factor of 1.5, the Canon of 1.6.
Canon crops more, so it will not have a full 180 degree
diagonale.

The 4.5mm is a circular fisheye lens. The image circle
is probably small enough to fit in either Nikon or
Canon frame.
