Somehow I never saw these responses.  Thanks for answering and orphaning
that branch.

I was just checking out the new pkgdb and decided to look at this package
in it.  There is a '- Retire Package' button, So I tried it and selected
the epel7 branch.  It just took me to a page that only showed what the
retire pop up had previously shown.  When I went back to the page the epel7
branch showed blocked, so thats good.
