The testing procedure is the following:
0) Create or refresh any Fedora Account username you have
1) Read through the instructions at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Easy_Karma
2) Download the tool to your system
3) Run through tests that you would normally use the tool
4) Confirm product works for your needs or does not.
5) Run fedora-easy-karma
6) Follow the menu driven script

If the package works give it a +1, if it didn't work give it a -1. If
you aren't sure it worked one way or another give it a +0 or ignore
that package.
