Personally, I think yes.  Or at least a group of modules.  There are
several sections of KDE that need to be updated as a group, and I
think doing them as a module is the way to go.
Once EPEL has modularity, I think it would be a good thing to work on.

But others might have their own opinion.  I'm not the only one who
wants to work on KDE in EPEL.  There will have to be some
communication and coordination.
