The problem is that you don't have the epel-next repo anywhere. At the very least you need to have "epel-next-release" in kickstarts/8/base.ks If you wanted the newer kde packages installed during install you need to add the epel-next repo to kickstarts/8/base-repo.ks I believe it should be repo --name=epel-next --mirrorlist= https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=epel-next-$releasever&arch=$basearch&infra=$infra&content=$contentdir or possibly just repo --name=epel-next --mirrorlist= https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=epel-next-$releasever&arch=$basearch Hope this helps.
