I will look into this.  Looks like it was retired years ago for failing to
build: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1674632

It will have to be re-reviewed since it was retired/orphaned more than 6
weeks ago so a reasonable timeframe to (potentially) get it back into repos
and EPEL8 is a 2-6 weeks depending on how quickly a reviewer will pick it
up, and if it will build against modern versions of Fedora/RHEL.
