This is my first qt6 update for KDE6.
It looks like ALOT more packages are using the qt6 PRIVATE_API library than
I thought.
It's going to be easier to rebuild all of KDE 6 for epel10 than address all
of the packages individually.
This probably won't be done until the end of the week (June 27th).
