libgit2:
Update the git2 crate to version 0.19.0.
Update the libgit2-sys crate to version 0.17.0+1.8.1.
Associated new releases for other crates:
Update the built crate to version 0.7.4.
Update eza to version 0.19.3.
Update git-absorb to version 0.6.15.
Update the git2-curl crate to version 0.20.0.
Update the vergen crate to version 8.3.2.
And builds other packages that needed adaptations for the bump from git2 v0.18
to v0.19:
