This is a simple app to print ASCII cats directly to your terminal.
Run `meow` for a single cat, `meow -c <COUNT>` for more cats,

Import the meow package into EPEL9 and EPEL10.2.
This adds the meow command to print ASCII cats to both repositories.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update programs.  Use
