I have made revisions to the OpenUP core principles and I need a final review before I push this content into CVS. I have tried to improve grammar and shorten the principles.  I have not changed any of the principles and hopefully have not changed their substance.   At the moment, the revision are attached  to the corresponding bugzilla issue.
