As per discussion in http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/epf-dev/msg01246.html, we have revisited Bugzilla entries related to OpenUP.
We have changed the Version number to 0.9 - that's the version the Bugzilla issue was filed against, not the target release.
Target Milestone has been changed to 1.0, which is the expected version of OpenUP/Basic when we will release the fix to the issue. Later, as iterations are planned, we will assign the individual issues to 1.0 M1, 1.0 M2 and so on.
For now, we have kept bugs assigned to "Content" component, but they may be moved to "OpenUP" component (waiting response from Eclipse webmaster on how to create that component).
And sorry that these changes created an avalanche of Bugzilla notifications sent to your Inbox - at least to some of you :-)
