I asked Scott to take on a Guideline for Staffing Project based on what he has written for Specializing generalists. I think that is enough. I suggest that Staffing Project is referenced from each role (how to staff that role), and that we in that guideline talks about that you want to avoid having all different people taking on different roles, and rather want people to take on several roles at the same time, e.g. developer and tester or analyst, developer, and tester. 146453 2006-11-08 maj P2 PC RESO EPF Content 0.9 1.0.0 PM - Guideline: Assign Work - add content I think we can skip this.
