Diego, The one tip I give relates to content origin. If you take your "inspiration" from books or any other process out there and write the content yourself, making the appropriate references to the origin of content (i.e. book, author, etc) you should be good to go. Eclipse organization typically accepts contributions that come as attachments to Bugzilla, and some legal analysis is done by them.
