hiho,

Nate Oster and I did a hands-on session
<http://www.agile2007.org/agile2007/index.php?page=sub/&id=481> with
EPF Composer and OpenUP at Agile 2007 yesterday. It went through a
simple "start from scratch" example in the first part and then went
through an "extend the process and steal from other processes" example
in the second part.

Alas, we did fall victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous
is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less
well-known is this: never compete for attention with Mary Poppendieck at
an agile conference. Participation in our session was less than we had
hoped.

But all is not lost. The presentation is now available to all at the
top of the Number Six presentations page here:
http://www.numbersix.com/presentations.html.
