Hi Corey,
When you export the entire library using XML, the diagram.xmi of your
diagram is exported at the same level of the export XML files, e.g., it
should be \plug-in names\capabilitypatterns\diagram.xmi, when you import
the XML file to a new library, make sure these diagram files are existed in
the same place, else the diagram should not be imported correctly. Let me
know you still have such problem.
