Congratulations, Ronald, that's fantastic.  I'm sure Ricardo Balduino
can guide you through the Eclipse Legal process to donate the
translation to open source. I think the first step is simply creating a
bugzilla bug for the translation and attaching the plugin.

Hi EPF contributors,

 

I have recently finished a project at a big dutch company using EPF
creating a custom proces. During this project we have created a full
dutch translation of the published website since it was missing in the
language pack. We would like to donate the translation files for the
site to the community if there is interest. What is the best way to
achieve this?
