Create a subfolder in the EPF CVS repository for the EPF Wiki --

Check in the original approved source code donation, only parts
that are approved by Eclipse legal -- Onno
Update the code to the latest version -- Onno
If any new component is introduced, it must be submitted for
Eclipse approval -- Onno
The original TinyMCE is NOT approved. So will the donated code
without TinyMCE can be downloaded and deployed without additional work by
the users -- Onno
The current installation instructions do not work, an accurate
install guide has to be written that is consistent with the code checked
in the repository -- Onno
