Update on the following items discussed in the last meeting, and #1 & #2
are done, and need update on the rest
1. create a subcomponent for EPFWiki under the EPF project in Bugzilla --

2. create a CVS subproject for EPFWiki -- bing
3. check in the initial approved EPF Wiki donation code --

4. for the TinyMCE RTE, need to document how to download and install in
order to use it with EPF Wiki -- onno
5. Investigate and come up with a long term solution for RTE in EPF Wiki

6.Install guide needs to be revised and verified (currently it's not
accurate, and code has hard coded dependency -- onno
7. Write a development guide for EPF Wiki --

For anyone interested in EPFC, please review the all bugzilla in the
submit state, and let's plan to review them in the next meeting.
