Hi Guys:

Ok so it looks like you are getting spammed by myself an Phillipe, but here
is the scoop on booking the Sheraton Wall center.

If your travel department freaks at the rates then let me know and I will
see if I can't find space in a local bed and breakfast joint for you.

I am assuming this will be a small F2F (about 10 people). If there are more
than 10 coming I can always find us a bigger space. This is what is booked
so far:

Wednesday July 16th (12:30 - 6:00)

Thursday July 17th (9:00-5:00)

Friday July 18th(8:00- 1:00)

Can I get a count of who is coming to verify numbers for both the size of
the room and catering.

best regards,

Steve Adolph

So far we have had about 4 positive responses and I'm out of town.

Philippe, what do we have to do to book the Wall center at the UBC rate?

Best regards,

Steve

Hello Everyone:

During this morning's committer's telecom we agreed to hold the next Face to
Face July 16th to 18th at UBC in Vancouver BC (Vancouver is much nicer than
Toronto, and I don't have to travel!).

UBC has an excellent rate with the Wall Center in downtown Vancouver which
is a very nice hotel. But I need to know soon if you are planning to attend
the F2F because July is the height of the tourist season in Vancouver. Could
you please let me know before next week's telecom if you are attending or
not.

Best regards,
Steve Adolph
