For whatever reason, this email was scrubbed out of existence because it

This past week in Vancouver, BC,  I thought, was a great success. It was
good to meet team leads in person and our breakout sessions accomplished
a lot of ground along our way to our August deadline. On the last day, I
helped facilitate a short-list of Action items based on three time
periods:  3, 6, 9 month periods. Then, using an Agile game called
playing poker, we voted on the top 3 items from each group to
concentrate on. This allowed us to focus our efforts on these
highest-value goals first while not losing track of the rest of the
items. 

General themes expressed were to meet our current schedule, get the word
out on the EPF practice libraries, involve more institutions and people
so as not to appear to be IBM dominated, and make content revisions more
social-networking like by adoption of Web 2.0 standards, YouTube, Wiki,
and separate websites. Not all tasks have owners.

There was some prioritization achieved through the voting and it is
summarized below in order of priority:
