Contributors and practice owners:
Please help us make sure the triage for the open issues is done. Many bugs
were left open from previous release, and other bugs postponed. Please
make sure we assign bugs accordingly. Everything has been assigned to
target milestone 1.6 so far, and your action is kindly requested to make
sure bugs are assigned to one of the 5 iterations (1.6 M1 - 1.6 M5) for
this release (Jan - May).

increase the level of participation
- understand what people are interested in collaborating
- turn xp and scrum content into practices - increase adoption
- need easy environment for practitioners to use - wiki, etc.
- need plugable, great method content
- Nate wants to work on Vision for enablement of practices
- provide guidance, training, mentoring for users
- training around using the content (99% of the pie)
- Bruce to check if courseware can be created based on RUP/RMC existing
material
- Jim: we need module or slides on how users can change or contribute to
the content (EPF Wiki, basics on how to write content)
- Ana would like to lead/propose Scrum structure into practices
- Bruce to work with Ana or find someone in IBM to pair with her
- Ana contacted university to have students helping her on Lean content
- Discuss next week with Kelli what the simplified guidance for casual
contributors would look like
- How do we verify and validate the vision (once we have a vision)
- Have a weekly meeting to evolve a vision document, and it should be put
into CVS/Web site. Any takers?
