I had the same problem. I can`t tell u the reason, but I used reusableAsstes instead. I wanted to use template in Delivered Process, but I guess its not possible even though linking with other guidance is possible. It seems that templates can be seen only in Method Content category. I mean, I can link WorkProduct Descriptor to Guidance like Checklist, Concept, Example, Guidelines, and Supporting Materials, but not Template. As far as I know, Template is also a special kind of Guidance, so I got confused. Is there any reason for that? Or, is there any other way to use Template in Processes? Thank you in advance.
